Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to use Gradora and to agree to these terms.

The service

Gradora turns lectures, PDFs, photos, audio, YouTube links, and topics into notes, flashcards, quizzes, and short lessons, and lets you chat with Grady about your material.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information. Gradora is not professional, medical, legal, or academic advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the study sets generated from it.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to operate the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate results).

You must have the rights to upload the material. Do not upload illegal or harmful content, or content you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no hacking, scraping beyond normal use, impersonation, spam, harassment, or attempts to generate illegal or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions

Gradora Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Charges go to your Apple ID.

The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. The free tier and its limits may change.

Termination

You can stop using Gradora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (often €0 on the free tier). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, law, contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
